I Want My Weed Back!

That’s exactly what a man got in Washington D.C. on Monday.  On March 2, 2015, a man walked into a Washington D.C. police station and told police, “You have my weed”.  He then demanded it back.  Police were legally obligated to return the man’s marijuana because it was less than two grams.  In Washington D.C., possession of less than two grams of marijuana became legal on February 26, 2015.  One day, maybe Florida will get the picture. Enforcement of marijuana laws cost billions of taxpayer dollars to prevent people from using a drug that is arguably safer than alcohol.
