Hubbs Law firm recently handled an Immigration case for my family. A loved one in our family had a very complex case and was being held in Broward County Transitional Center and faced deportation. On top of the already complex case, the judges at this detention center are known for being for deportation and extremely conservative. Despite this, they proved how knowledgeable and experienced they were by building a strong case, doing thorough due diligence, and strategically post poning court dates when necessary, so that in the end, they were able to release our loved one on bond and have her case transferred close to home here in Virginia. Their office is located roughly an hour away (without traffic) from the court house, so they went out of pocket to book hotels near it to ensure traffic would not cause them to be late. I cannot begin to describe the gratitude and appreciation for Erika. My husband and I were with another law firm that was absolutely terrible, not responsive and just an overall nightmare.
